Do you manufacture your own products?

Yes, of course! Our in-house production capabilities ensure our close involvement in product development, from start to finish. While our natural ingredients are sourced from all over the world to ensure quality and consistency, we have made the conscious decision to manufacture and/or finish our products in Singapore to support our local community. 

Are all your products natural?

Many of our products contain natural ingredients - sourced from the highest-quality producers, or produced at our facility in Singapore. The active ingredients we use consist of both traditional apothecary ingredients with well-known medicinal properties, and natural compounds derived through the use of cutting-edge technology from Japan and South Korea.

Do you ship outside of Singapore?

Please email us at info@superduper.baby and we will be more than happy to assist. At this time, our website does not allow you to place international orders directly.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

For local (Singapore) orders, tracked shipping starts at $3.50 per order and $0.50 per additional item.
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and pack your order. Upon pick up by the courier company, it will take 1 - 3 business days to be delivered. 

For urgent orders, please email us at info@superduper.baby for us to assist you. We can offer same-day courier so drop us a note for a price quote!

Do you offer self collection?

Yes, we do! Self-collection is at SUN-DAC at 600 Upper Thomson Road, Block C, Singapore 574421, from Monday to Fridays, 9 to 12pm.
Please head down when you have received an email from us that your order is ready!

Why does my product look or smell different from previous bottles I’ve purchased?

Due to our use of natural ingredients and essential oils, which can exhibit deviations from harvest to harvest, different batches of the same product can occasionally vary in colour, texture and fragrance. Storage conditions, including temperature and light exposure, can also have an effect. Please note this does not impact the efficacy of your product.

What is your return policy?

Should you wish to make a return, please be sure to send us a return request by email at info@superduper.baby. We will not be responsible for returns that have not been agreed upon with our customer service team first. We will offer a full refund on items that are visibly unopened and unused, and that are received within 30 days of initial purchase. We cannot accept any products purchased from third party retailers. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: disposable face masks. All items in a gift set must be returned to obtain a refund. Orders and/or products that include a special offer, gift with purchase, coupon, promotion, discount, or special shipping offer are final sale. 

Can I return or exchange an item purchased from a third party retailer?

If your item was not purchased directly from our website, we will not be able to process a return for you. Please contact the retailer directly with proof of purchase to request a refund or exchange.

How do I use my coupon or discount code?

Our promotional codes are not automatically applied to orders and must be manually entered during checkout in the “apply discount code” section. Please ensure your order is correct before placing an order and note that only one discount code can be used at a time. Unfortunately, we cannot make any modifications to an order once it has been placed.
